How I help
Do you struggle with anxiety and depression or suffer from low self-esteem?
Are you having issues within your romantic or familial relationships?
Are you trying to process a loss?
Or perhaps you’re simply looking for ways to improve your life?
Sometimes, it’s not easy to ask for help when we need it most.
Seeing a therapist can be a scary idea, but I know from first-hand experience just how beneficial the act can be. It helped me through some tough and challenging times, and I believe that everyone has the potential to live life fully and make positive changes.
Whatever your presenting issues, concerns, or goals may be, you will always be accepted and treated as a unique individual.
What I do
My job is to listen thoughtfully and to co-create a space for understanding and healing with you. We are on this journey together.
Through exploration and reflection, we understand what might be causing the issue you’ve come to discuss and navigate toward a greater understanding of clarity and the possibility of change.

The next steps
I have worked extensively in counseling and psychotherapy with adults, couples, and young people in the NHS and in my private practice through face-to-face and online sessions.
My practice is within easy reach of Central and West London. I also offer secure online sessions to clients.
I understand just how difficult it is to ask for help at times like this. I hope you take this first step to accept some support.
If you have any further questions or concerns about counselling or psychotherapy, I’m happy to have a consultation with no obligation.
