How much does it cost?
Depending on the location, my fees range from £100 to £120 for face-to-face sessions.
I offer video sessions at £90 per session for international and local clients.
Each individual therapy session is 50 minutes
For couples therapy sessions, each session is 80 minutes
My fee is £170 per session.
I accept payment by bank transfer, card payment, or PayPal. Fees must be paid before each session.
Is your counselling confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is of the utmost importance, and I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure.
I am registered with the Information Commission Office (ICO) and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR).
To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect.
How many sessions will I need?
This is dependent upon your needs. Some clients find huge relief from just a few sessions when dealing with a specific issue.
Others may find real benefits from open-ended therapy.
